Rugged filament sample box expanded remix

This is combination of remixed and original files. This box holds 50 filament samples.

The box and lid have been extended to fit all 50 samples. The insert was inspired by the insert by Kaksu3D but modeled from scratch by me. 

To assemble you need 6 x M3 30mm screws. Depending on your printer accuracy, insert might be a little tight fit but it should just need to be pressed in place, as far down as it goes. You can also file any inserts that might be over extruded to have more of a slip fit.  

I had to print on my 300mm Voron 2.4 because it is a large model. If printing in ABS be aware that the box is likely to warp. The latches can help but only if the warping is minimal. PLA recommended.
