Assembly:
You can leave the Hot end attached to the printer.
- Remove electronics housing cover under the extruder
- Unplug all harness wires (Pay attention to were each one goes so you know how to plug them back in later)
- Remove 2 screws on the hotend that holds the heatsink on
- Loosen Bowden coupler on the hotend and slide it off the tube
- Remove the 2 remaining screws on top of the hotend
- Feed bowden tube and corrugated tube through the hotend adapter. Feeding the wires through at a 45deg angle

- Tighten harness piece on
- Place corrugated plastic wire tube in the harnes and the adapter and tighten all 4 screws to hold the wires in place
- Finish sliding coupler on.
