Stihl BGA 57 blower wall mount. Several years ago a found one off another site. I did not like the fit and tried to re-mix it. After fiddling around with it, I decided to create one from scratch. I did this mostly the old school way with paper, then cardboard templates and quite a few test prints. I finally achieved a version that I liked. In this version, I used just two mounting holes, but you can modify the STL or STEP file for your own needs.
I designed the mounting holes around a particular screw I was planning on using to mount it to the wall. The distance between the holes was chosen due to existing mounting holes/plugs in our garage. And note, I originally designed the mounting holes using this YouTube video tip to avoid supports, but I found that using Fusion Hole command worked just fine.
This model took about 1 hour to print on a Prusa MK4 using “0.20 mm Speed” and Input Shaping enabled. I printed this in PLA, but I might make another print using PETG.
If interested, here are the parameters that I used in Fusion 360.
