Perfect fit. This series of models for this is my go-to now having started needing to run the Inland version.

Perfect snug fit. Work it slowly onto the spool going around the perimeter and holding in one spot. Like putting a bike tire on a rim! :-)
Its a bit of a snug fit on the spool, but it gets the job done and allows me to use my Overture cardboard spools in my Bambu Lab AMS.
The fit is too tight, one of the two I printed broke while installing. At least on this silk pla spool. Adding 1 extra mm worked well. Also, best to print in single-colour pla, my tricolour did not print beautifully this time!...
Works well for my cardboard spools. Also found that it fits the Polymaker cardboard spools that I have.
While it fits perfectly on the spools they do unfortunately rub against the front of my AMS cover when the filament is loading with the cover locked. I guess the loading action pulls the spool forward just enough to rub and jam the load process.
So in my case I've gone over to using electrical tape which only adds a tiny bit to the rim and pretty easy to put on. It's too bad as it wouild have been great to print the rim in the spool colour for quick ID. (edited)
@rocket_2378933 Thank you for the feedback! This topic is addressed in the model description. While the AMS is spec'd for spools up to 202mm in diameter, and the diameter of the adapters is less than that, some others have also reported this issue. A quick solution is to unlatch the lid or leave it slightly cracked. Alternatively, I've created an AMS Lid Riser linked in the model description. I hope this helps!
@DesignCraft Hey thanks for replying. It actually does clear the cover during normal printing but it's only jamming during the load process when it's pulling a lot of filament. You are right though, leaving the lid unlatched gives it just that extra bit of clearance to avoid the issue.
Works perfectly in my bambu lap p1s ams it was a great design and easy and fast to print out and saves lots of filament.
Thanks for the design!
@Desginlab3d Thank you for sharing however these photos are of a different model.
@DesignCraft Oh, sorry I thought that they were the same because I saw some on Makerword and also thought they were the same model.
