Lesser Poor Man Scale (compatible with Gaggiuino)

A remix of JohnP's Poor Man Scale. Changes I made to the models:

• Made it compatible with another HX711 board
• Made the top slide over the bottom so that liquid wont go in as easy
• Added an optional model for a TPU cover so liquid dont drip into the screw holes
