My solution to store all the odd shaped tools and spare parts that are always floating around the printer.

my requirements:

  • max dimensions available 250 x 50 x 45mm
  • arranged from most common accessed to least required
  • fit all tools and spare parts I have on hand
  • some extra space for additional spares (eg future print head with fan or more PTFE tube)
  • space for spare hotend assembly including silicone sock and fan.
  • hotend and  side cutter compartment to have supports to lift the part so nozzle or cutter tips don't touch the bottom.

I realize it may not work for your specific tools so I included the step file for remixing as you desire.

outer walls and bottom = 2mm

‘sectional’ dividing walls = 1.6mm

divider walls within section = 1.2mm

total LxWxH = 250 x 50 x 45 mm

tools and prints:

Citadel mould line tool - i found this is excellent for removing blobs , elephants foot or other imperfections.

short handle side cutters: not sure where i found these, but they do the job

Bed scraper - fast print 15min - minimal filament usage 3g by JernejP. | Download free STL model | Printables.com

In hindsight could have been better to create a single large bin with modular dropin  sections that can be easily remixed /rearranged  as needed.
