Unfortunately it doesn't close very well as seen in the creator's project, but it still seems closed enough to not let it escape. Great project!

@FabioPlati_1487228 interesting! So you can’t twist it another turn? I have two printers, and on one I can screw it in fully no problem, but on the other one I need to force it a little (and go back and forth ten or so times)
Can't see the point if the airtag doesn't fit inside it in the first place.
@GarethSHall that’s right, you have to remove some material from the AirTag. Let me know if the instructions are unclear!
@nmattia yep, I see it now, no way will I be destroying an airtag to save 4mm. I just drew my own and printed it now.
It doesn't work on Cura for some reason trying both files, but it works perfectly when I switched to PrusaSlicer. Thank you so much :)
@prusapaulo_1642537 great! yeah, Cura seems to have some issues slicing it. Would you like to share a picture of your make? :)
Tried to use it, without success. Cura in it's highest resolution won't even slice the first single-layer cover. Design is awsome though, that's because I choose it. STL woulded help to remix it. (edited)
@Vargasbox_1052133 Oh no! Sorry to hear. Hopefully you didn't sand the AirTag before trying.
I wondered if that'd be an issue, but PrusaSlicer sliced it like a champ (with layer height 0.2mm of course). Have you tried scaling both parts to 105% or 110% in the Z direction? Was is the first layer's layer height set to? I'm curious at which point you start getting a first layer.
@nmattia Thank you for your reply! No, I didn't sand the airtag hehehe. I guess I found the issue and is scale related. For some reason Cura is scaling the model to 100,000% when it opens it so it can print to the actual 1:1 scale, it's doesn't mater if I go to 200,000% the layer was so thin in the beginning that for the software was inexistent in the first place.
I really like this design, and I so wanted it to fit under the lock holders (ABUS Bordo style) on our commuter bikes here at home, but it didn't. Not your fault however. So I ended up duck taping the airtags under the saddles.
@ashpool are there two screw holes as well? If the distance is a bit different then it should be straightforward to remix the model! Let me know if you have questions
@nmattia the lock holders fits the bottle cage holes but the holders are rounded so fitting anything flat under them will just not work. I see no easy solution to this problem since the airtag itself is just that - flat 😀 (edited)
