Stackable Alphabet Plant Support

Designed this for the Plant Support Contest. Everything should already load in in it's correct printing orientation for easy quick printing. 

Each section prints in approximately 35 minutes at 100mm/s. 

Print Settings:

-Layer Height - 0.2

-Line Width - 0.4

-NO SUPPORTS

-If you're looking to scale this bigger or smaller, be sure to only scale the X and Y values

Post Processing:

When printing the letters, ensure that they have time to cool completely before taking off the build plate. If you take them off while they are still hot you risk them warping. If you do not want to wait, peel them off as smoothly as you can and then place them back on the build plate where it has warped up from peeling. Use the residual heat from the build plate to straighten the part back out. 

Assembly:

There is a left and a right portion to the stand. Ensure that the smooth portion of the stand is facing you. The letter should slide easily and smoothly in between the grooves of the stand with zero force.

Stacking is easy, just place a completed letter on top of the other in the slots located on the top.
