A mechanism to deposit materials for recycling to be mounted on a robot fitted with a recycling bin. This was made for the third major project in the first year engineering course ENGINEER 1P13 at McMaster University. This robot would follow lines and sort recycling items into various bins after receiving them from a robotic arm that would deposit them in the hopper above it. Uses M4 nuts and bolts (20 mm long) to fasten the mechanism together.
