I printed this model at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a 1st layer of 0.16mm using a 0.2mm nozzle on the Bambu Labs X1 Carbon. I think a 0.4mm nozzle is capable of printing this with only minor loss of quality. Be warned, this will take a while to slice! I recommend adding a simple modal, slice, add the color changes, and then swap in these modals for the final slice.
If scaling down to print on a smaller bed only scale in X and Y dimensions equally!
Filaments Used:
PLA Generic Black (Transmission Distance: 0.6)
PLA Hatchbox True Red (Transmission Distance: 7.6)
PLA PolyTerra Army Beige (Transmission Distance: 0.5)
PLA Overture White (Transmission Distance: 6.6)
Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #8 (0.72mm) swap to True Red
At layer #12 (1.04mm) swap to Army Beige
At layer #19 (1.60mm) swap to White for the rest.
Depending on your filaments your mileage may vary with this model. I recommend printing the smaller test swatch to dial things in and test out earlier or later layer changes if needed.
