NOW WITH MK4 GCODE!!!

Print the Face Mask and Crown separately, as are the back grill, top and bottom ear pieces.

The facemask takes 34+ hours with MK3S/+  Nozzle 0.4

The Crown takes about the same, but does not need any supports

23+ with hours with 0.6

But only 15+ with MK4 with input shaper and pressure advance (Firmware 5.0.0 RC1)

If not using MK4, be sure to to set brim (skirt) to 0 with no brim.

Support needs to be Snug (Organic extends to far to edges)

Printed in PLA (Sunlu Silk at 185/183 nozzle to minimize stringing) with 66 Bed with glue.

Attached the lower ears flaps first (to Face Mask) as the top overlaps the bottom.

Made a templet for the window tint (eyes & Mouth) and attached to mask BEFORE joining the Mask & Crown.

Used a fast setting adhesive to join the two halves.

Had min post production cleanup, mainly used fingernails to scrap imperfections.

Attached the upper before gluing the Face Mask & Crown together (the ears help with the alignment.
