Print it out, stick it into the soil near the plant you want to support, support the plant on the arches, Done!

PLA works well (I used Prusament Lipstick R) , ASA might also be a good idea if there is direct sunlight.

Settings I used are included in the 3MF file, I suggest you disable the skirt and add a small brim, other settings don't matter much.
