Festool TS55 REBQ Riving Knife Locking Pin

I needed to run a thin kerf blade (1.6mm) on a 2012 Festool TS55 REBQ and didn't want the 2mm thick riving knife placing pressure on the wood or forcing it apart before the end of the cut. I found a lock pin solution by tcatca (appreciate the effort and share :-) but it was a little loose in my Plunge Saw.

Other than part of the the knob this is a completely new Riving Knife Lock Pin model with updated dimensions for an improved fit with the Festool TS55 REBQ saw.  It also includes a small gutter in the pin that catches the sprung riving knife and stops the locking pin from vibrating out of the plunge saw during use.

The model can be printed stood on its head without supports.  General PETG with 0.2mm layer height and 20% gyroid infill worked well for me and printed in 24 minutes when using PrusaSlicer's standard Quality print settings.

V1 is for general use.

V2 has a reduced head with a depth of 1mm for plunge cuts made up against walls and doors etc.

Updated aesthetics and dimensions for improved fit. Gutter added for greatly improved stability during cutting. 2 versions made for standard and close-to-wall cuts.
