My lead screw nut center is 22mm away from the printer arm. The motor mount is 21mm (42/2). I designed this mount to make the stepper shaft line up true vertical. The other requirement was to use the same screws that the original mount used. There are 2 holes for additional 3mm screws if desired. I have only tried this on the Ender 3 pro; other printers may have the holes in the correct place.
To check your lead screw - move the gantry to the top (as seen in photo) and measure gap. Then measure the gap closer to the stepper motor. I had a diff of 1mm. This mount will move the motor out 1mm.
