MMU3 Label Plate - Multi Material

Four color Label Plate for MMU3, printed face-down for a nice clean look, font is a little larger than the stock Prusa supplied label plate. I increased the font a little for a better quality print with a .4mm nozzle / .2mm layer height (Quality mode). Prusa's stock MMU3 plate is printed face down on a textured plate but the text and markings are actually stickers; just like the MK4 labeling.

I used a textured steel sheet, gives it a very nice uniform look and feel, blends the texture across the multiple colors really nice.

All text, number, marker characters are .1mm smaller in x / y dimension compared to the recessed openings in the plate file. This makes for a cleaner / crisper final product.

Instructions: Assumes your familiar with MMU / Multi-Material Printing . . .

1. Drag all six STL files onto the build plate in PrusaSlicer.
2. Make sure the file “1 plate.stl” is your default / main color that prints first, this will set the stage properly for filling in the characters and markers.
3. My profile was the stock .2mm Quality (w/.4mm nozzle).
4. I used a mix of Prusa PETG & Generic PETG, with temps of 250C &  240C, still came out pretty nice.
