Very adjustable camera holder for a Raspberry Pi Camera with adjustable focal length.
The holder snaps onto the x-axis motor and sits rather tight. The ball joint allows for adjustment in various angles and was what I needed to make sure I could adjust it in a near 45 degrees angle.
The arm I created to make sure the ribbon cable is out of the way could be improved, but I guess it is as far as I get on my current Fusion 360 skills. The arm is optional.
The camera housing design is not super easy to disassemble. When I tried, I snapped one of the latches. It was however possible to reassemble it using one of the latches.
I just printed everything on my Mini+.
The only support I added was for the ribbon cable holder.
I also added a 3mm skirt on the ball screw.
I printed it using Prusa orange PLA. I used the standard filament template in PrusaSlicer on 0.20mm. I did however print the top cap with a lowered temperature of 195/60, because I experienced a lot of stringing in the threads. I also printet that part using 0.10mm.
