Customizable stencil for marking pickleballs to be able to easily tell which ones are yours. I've included the original stl shell that fits 73mm diameter (standard) pickleballs (I tested this on Onix pickleballs, shown in pictures.)

  1. Load the shell into your slicer (I used Prusa Slicer)
  2. Use place on face to place the model on its opening
  3. Cut the shell to whatever height your text or graphic will be (I cut mine to 0.65 inches)
  4. Orient the view to whatever suits your cutout best (I just used “Front” by hitting the number 3 key on the keyboard.)
  5. Hit “T” on the keyboard to open the text tool, or right click the model and hit add negative space to do any other stencil
  6. Enter your text, pick “stencil” for your font, make the height big enough to make sense (mine pictured is 0.65 inch), make sure the depth is deep enough to cut all the way through (I just hit + a couple times to get 0.377 in), hit “advanced” dropdown and check “use surface”
  7. Hit “cut” under operation at the bottom of the emboss window
  8. Slice!

I've tested this on Onix pickleballs and it works great, I have a couple cheapo pickleballs that were slightly larger (pickleballs can be 73-75mm diameter) so if yours are slightly larger just scale it up in all axes by 2-3%.
