1997 Volvo S90 Cam Lock

This is a cam lock to enable you to complete a timing belt replacement on your 1997 Volvo S90 with the 2.9L straight 6, (Vin Code 96), engine code B6304S.  This model may require some slight trimming if the print suffers from elephant foot.

Slide the lock into place and use the timing cover bolt to lock the device into position.  Do your timing belt, water pump, and idler assembly swap, and then remove.  Ensure the engine is at TDC before starting the job.

The print can be done in PLA with 50-75% infill for increased rigidity.  High temp material should not be required unless you're expecting to complete the job in a high heat environment.
