Rolling Horizontal Spool Storage (With source files)

I designed these spool rollers to fit inside a 2U server rack drawer, so I could nicely hide away my filament in a fairly closed off space, that I could then fill up with silica bags for moisture control. I then have the filament fed through a bowden tube from the back of the drawer, up to my printer.

Hardware used:

3 miniature bearings: 695-2rs ( ID 5. OD 13. Height 4 mm )

3 M5 countersunk screws or anything with a short enough head length (max 4mm)

You also need to drill through to the other side on your drawers, and screw into the “Center guide” with the “Rolling shim” in between drawer and “Center guide” in between.
