Print instructions

PLA and PETG worked fine for me, ABS didn't work (to large → warping)

Printer


This projects adapts some properties as wall thickness and heights to your printer properties. Some Informations can be found in the slicer. 

  1. printer_layer_height=0.20;
  2. printer_wall_thickness=0.86; //see your slicer for a thin wall consisting of two lines
  3. printer_overhang_angle=45; //for PLA 60 degree might work

Filter Cartdrige

  1. filter_width=100; //x
  2. filter_length=150; //y
  3. filter_height=15; //z
  4. filter_overlap=5;
  5. filter_offset_x=0;
  6. filter_offset_y=-25;
  7. filter_number_x=2;
  8. filter_number_y=1;
  9. filter_number_z=1;

The filter-cartridge is described by a box 100mm x 150mm x 15 mm and an unusable border around the airflow of 5 mm, you may arrange any amount of filter cartridges around and they may have an offset to the center of the fan.

Fan

  1. fan_type="120"; You may choose from the following options: 220/200/140/120/92/80/70/60/50/40 or define your own fan
  2. fan_screw="M4"; You may choose from the following options: M2/M2.5/M3/M5/M5/#6 or define your own screw
