We inherited some outdoor furniture, and are in the process of refinishing it all. The legs are iron bars, ½" in diameter with small plastic feet on them to protect the surface on which they sit. All but one of those feet are missing, and the one remaining has seen better days. The picture shows the remaining pad with the new one for comparison.

The design is simple – a pad roughly 28mm wide and 4mm thick, with a 10mm tall barrel with an ID of just over 13mm and a wall thickness of 2.5mm. I've included the FreeCAD file for it in case you want to change the dimensions – just edit the appropriate sketches and extrusions.

I printed these at standard quality on an Ender Neo 3 printer, sliced with Ultimaker Cura, 20% infill, no supports needed. Since these are destined for outdoor use, I recommend using PETG or ABS – PLA will degrade quickly in the weather.

I will use some sealant in the barrel to hold these to the chair legs, and add a soft rubber pad to the bottom to protect the concrete deck the chairs sit on, but of course YMMV – make it how you want, Maker!
