Snapmaker J1 Extruder Idler Tensioner

Printed in ABS with brim and support. It still takes some dialling in, but the settings below are a solid start. Tighten the screw until you feel some more resistance - you can always check the idler.

Insert square nut and a M3x25 screw, add a nylon insert nut at the other end and put the idler on. 

Settings for TPU:

• Brim or for larger parts brim ears (create them yourself in the slicer)
• Set ALL speeds to about 20 - 30 (depending on the Shore Hardness - the softer the slower)
• Filament / Max volumetric speed: 2mm^3 / s

Glass with PVA glue works best for me. 230 / 55 °C
