No screws required! Just press fit.
If top and bootom parts are loose you can use just a few drops of Super Glue or any other CA glue on the corners to secure them. But not to much if you want to open it in the future.

Aluminium tape is not necessary, but the outside is cooler by few degrees with it, so apparently it does help keeping the warm inside.

Tested with PLA and ASA on Bambulab P1S.
For ASA you may want to scale each dimension to 100.50%, as there's a little material shrinkage.
For PLA print as is, no scaling required.

As for the temperatures, the highest measured on the outside after 24h is around 45-46 C, with 7V power supply and no aluminium tape installed, so PLA should be enough.
However with higher voltages (board says 13V is max) especially during the startup the 5V LDO stabilizer heats up a lot, so it may be safer to use ASA or PETG.
