The plastic insert inside the head piece for my ConairMAN Ear/Nose Hair Trimmer broke, so I decided to model and print it. Multiple people on amazon have complained about the same issue, so I thought I'd publish it.
The piece fits somewhat tight so you may need to adjust linear and hole expansion for it to fit well.
The part works pretty well. It's a little bit harder to twist on now, but definitely functional. It beats buying a new trimmer!
To replace just pull out the head. On the side of the white part there's two little tabs you can bend in with some tweezers to remove the whole thing. Make sure to leave the middle hexagonal piece and the blade in. Plop the replacement part back in the same orientation and you're good to go!
The last photo is of the original broken part.
Because of the outer lip on top supports are needed, but if you have great cooling it may work without supports. I have not tested without supports since the tolerance for the part is pretty tight.
