LCS Wheel Plate - 180mm edition

Remixed for multiple reasons. Some of them:

• It's now possible to print on a Prusa Mini with 180x180 print area
• Now fits a 3.2" Nextion screen
• Now fits a Neopixel 8 RGB-LED (with optional M2 adapter to use when mounting it to be able to use M2x8 screws)
• Screws are now on the back for the top case
• Modified cable management to be able to fit more cables and make mounting easier
• Uses 6 pcs of round M5x15mm adapters
