Revised Dragon Burner Mount for Rook

Originally remixed from Gulsifer's mount, now redesigned from scratch. Simple adapter mainly designed to make direct drive setups as fast as possible. Nozzle position is 8.83mm lower comparing to rookery, keep that in mind.

Changelog:

V1 (remix changes):

- It's now thinner, less filament used
- Easier to print (smaller bridges, counterbore bridging)
- Added additional mounting hole used on Voron
- Stronger heat insert mount (should be inserted from the back)

V2:
- Overall redesign, not a remix anymore, toolhead is lower by ~10mms now, mainly designed for direct drive setup
-  Improved direct drive rigidity (x2 higher recommended accels with input shaper)
- Added v2 compatible ZeroClick side dock

V3 (Upd. 05/12/2023 with hotfix):
- New belt clamps inspired by Micron. Push the belt through holes and use X carriage to fix it in place
- Top part from Micron (or V0), uses less plastic
- Integrated support stolen from V0
- Adjusted mount holes position to be aligned with rookery X wise

V3.1:
- Fixed 4010 fan interfering with mount
- Reduced thickness by 2mm
- Made it narrower so therre's 1mm clearance for cables on both sides
