I had a hard time tapping a 223 catridge with 5/16 36tpi so i made this one with M6 .75 threads. This way i can tap my 223 with 5mm drill bit and M6 .75 tap.

The pusher is a guitar string. Just glue the pusher head onto the guitar string.

I used PC Blend at 100% infill. I stand the model with the threads on the heat bed and use supports. This way i get the best quality threads. You will want to get a M6 .75 tap and die to clean the threads and make your own modified case.

The body has a place for an M3 nut and you can use an M3 bolt to hold the pusher guitar string.

I recommend using painted on supports to avoid encasing the threaded rod. Removing the supports can snap the rod. I attached a picture of the supports i painted on.
