Was just tuning my TPU profile and made these for fun. I made these 1.5mm under the assumption that the Poron gaskets would compress slightly more than 25% from their original 2mm and 95a TPU would hardly compress at all.
The TPU gaskets friction fit into the gasket tabs of the plate and give a much firmer typing feel with a cleaner sound that kinda reminds me of a top mount without the resonance.
I'll release the fusion project files (soontm) with parameters to change the thickness of the gaskets, as well as the size of the friction fitting tab to work with different printer tolerances.
I printed this using eSun 95a TPU with 100% infill but it would be cool to hear if anyone tries this with a lower shore hardness filament.
