Sovol SV06/SV06 Plus Cable Chain End Links

This is a modification of the rogerquin cable chain that allows the ends of the chain to be secured in place. This supports the extruder cable even better and keeps the entire chain from shifting.

Motherboard Link: This link has been combined with the AllanAus cable support. It allows the end link on the motherboard side to lock into the motherboard box for extra security. Supports required (I recommend organic). To install, open the motherboard box by removing the M4 screw. Cut the zip tie holding the extruder cable to the box, and snap in this end link. It is molded perfectly to fit the motherboard box slot and only goes in one way. Insert the extruder cable into the arms of the link and install a new zip tie in the factory location around box/link/cable (the small ones that come with the printer fit just right). Close the motherboard box. Install the rest of the cable chain as usual.

Extruder Link: This link has two support brackets added that can be screwed into the extruder carriage. For the SV06 Plus, two M3x25mm countersunk bolts are required. For the SV06, two M3x20mm countersunk bolts are required. Prints without supports. There are three ball joint sizes available (thanks to void_foo for the scaling). Choose whichever size fits your cable chain best. To install, unscrew the top two extruder carriage bolts, Insert the extruder cable into the arms of the link, and attach with two appropriate length M3 bolts into the extruder carriage. Install the rest of the cable chain as usual.

For the rest of the cable chain, I recommend the scaled remix by void_foo. Choose the scaling percentage (100, 99, or 98) that gives you the smoothest articulation.

Motherboard link: Combined two parts and molded them to fit the motherboard box.

Extruder link: Flattened bottom of model and added brackets that screw into the extruder carriage .
