PVC holder for drybox - Sterilite 20 qt#19324306

I really liked this design so I moved a few things around for a snug fit with the watertight Sterilite 20 quart tubs.  5 spools fit tight.  I did not use any spacers but might have to revisit that idea after I add passthroughs.

I cut the 1" sch40 PVC to 13 3/8" for snug fit.
