Mach 1 BT50 Black Brant Payload Nose Cone and Fin Jig

Additional and replacement parts for the Mach1 Rocketry BT50 Black Brant fiberglass model rocket kit. The files include a BT50 3 fin jig specifically designed for the Black Brant and a conic nose cone with a payload bay for the FireFly altimeter.

The fin jig could work for other BT50 body tubes, but check the height of the standoff relative to the fins and the spacing for the thickness of the fins. The payload bay is inside the bottom of the conic nosecone and is held in place by a threaded shoulder. The Fusion 360 design files are included if you need to make changes and have many of the key values set as parameters.
