iPod Classic 5 Box inkl. Kabel-Management (+AirTag Edition)

Ich habe zwei neue Einsätze entworfen, die ein AirTag-Halter Modell als Vorlage verwenden, das ich hier auf Printables gefunden habe (https://www.printables.com/de/model/429038-airtag-holder/comments/1107064). Für beste Ergebnisse habe ich den AirTag-Halter in TPU gedruckt, damit der AirTag bei Bedarf einfach herausgenommen werden kann. Der Halter selbst wird dann einfach in die Aussparung von einem der neuen Einsätze geklebt.
Ich habe die Box von Whity angepasst und erweitert, damit sie zur Aufbewahrung des iPod Classic der 5. Generation passt, während er sich in meinem TPU Case befindet. Ich habe zwei verschiedene Einsätze entworfen, damit die Kopfhörer und Ladekabel sicher verstaut werden können. Beide Einsätze haben einen Steckplatz für einen 3,5mm Klinkenstecker, um das Aufwickeln der Kopfhörer zu erleichtern. Eine Version habe ich zusätzlich mit einem Halter für einen AirTag versehen, damit der iPod nicht mehr verloren geht.
Der Halter, den ich verwendet habe ist dieser: AirTag holder von VitaG | Kostenloses STL-Modell herunterladen | Printables.com (er ist fest mit dem Einsatz verbunden und muss nicht extra gedruckt werden). Beachtet bei diesem Einsatz, dass der AirTag natürlich etwas platz braucht, was den Stauraum etwas einschränkt.
Den Deckel ziert das Apple Logo und optional kann eine Dichtung in TPU gedruckt werden, um den iPod zusätzlich gegen Feuchtigkeit zu schützen (ACHTUNG! Wasserdichtigkeit nicht garantiert!)
Das Case wird mit M3 Schrauben zusammengebaut. Ich habe die Box selbst in PETG gedruckt, es kann aber natürlich ein beliebiges Material verwendet werden. Für andere Boxen habe ich auch mit PLA bereits gute Erfahrungen gemacht.

I have designed two new inserts that use an AirTag holder model as a template, which I found here on Printables (https://www.printables.com/de/model/429038-airtag-holder/comments/1107064). For best results, I printed the AirTag holder in TPU so that the AirTag can be easily removed when needed. The holder itself is then simply glued into the recess of one of the new inserts.
I've modified and expanded Whity's box to accommodate the storage of the 5th generation iPod Classic while it's inside my TPU case. I've designed two different inserts to securely store the headphones and charging cable. Both inserts have a slot for a 3.5mm headphone jack to make winding up the headphones easier. Additionally, I've equipped one version with a holder for an AirTag to prevent the iPod from getting lost.
The holder I used is this one: AirTag holder von VitaG | Kostenloses STL-Modell herunterladen | Printables.com (it's firmly attached to the insert and doesn't need to be printed separately). Please note that this insert requires some space for the AirTag, which slightly limits the storage space.
The lid features the Apple logo, and optionally, a TPU seal can be printed to provide additional moisture protection for the iPod (NOTE: Waterproofing is not guaranteed!). The case is assembled using M3 screws. I printed the box itself in PETG, but you can use any suitable material. I've also had good experiences with PLA for other boxes.

Box wurde perfekt auf die Abmessungen meiner iPod-Hülle angepasst. Außerdem wurde Einsätze selbst entworfen und ein Apple Logo auf dem Deckel ergänzt.
