Everything Presence One BallSocket remix and lockring

Adds a base to the ballsocket to prevent it rotating and give more stability.

The optional lockring slides over the top and locks the ball into the tabs and prevents the tabs on the socket from breaking off. 

The reduction in mobility, horizontal or vertical is worth it.

If using Ultimake Cura the ballsocket should have 43 top layers. The gives better rigidity to the ball locking tabs.

The lockring should be printed at 102% size.
