This is an upgraded version of this:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3519669/files
modified to make it easier to print , assemble and disassemble.
The z axis rods are mounted a little looser for easier assembly, but can be clamped in place with two M3x10 bolts and two M3 square nuts.
The bearings are a bit looser too. If they are too loose, wrap them in electrical tape.
The design has been modified to use an Openbuilds anti-backlash block instead of the regular leadscrew nut. A printable version of the block can be found here:

0.4mm nozzle
0.2mm layer height
3 perimeters
supports off
Bigger nozzles could probably work too, but the holes would need to be drilled out.
