Previously I designed a cover for the top knob or screw that is used for tightening the Hakko Omnivise. I designed it so that my skin moisture wouldn't cause any undue rusting.
I kind of missed on that first design as you had to take it off to tighten or loosen the vise. So I've designed this one that fits very snugly. In fact, you have to use a good bit of force to get it on the screw, but it stays on very well. I achieved this by way of crush ribs inside of the cap. These should deform when installing. They'll come off too, but probably won't fit as snugly the second time.
There's also some knurling to give you a surface to grip on.
