I designed this to use a temperature sensing PWM fan controller to run the fan when enclosure temperatures get too hot. I wanted to filter the enclosure exhaust to avoid blowing fumes or microplastics into the room.
Aside from the printed parts I used the following:
I printed most objects with a 0.6mm nozzle at 0.25mm layer heights using PLA, but everything would print just fine (and probably look better) with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height.
The controller case top requires support and the fan shroud needs to be printed with 0 top or bottom layers. I used the honeycomb infill at 20%. Everything was printed as is, without supports. My controller is fixed to the enclosure with a 3M sticky tab and the probe rests in the rear of the enclosure on the bottom.
