M5 tap knob/handle

Needed to re-thread an M5 tapped insert on my bicycle's carbon fork. Didn't have my tap wrench, so I made one specifically for that tap. Mine has a 3.83mm square, so this is modeled to 3.85mm. You could certainly scale as needed for minor differences.
