Enclosure Zip Tie Mount

Help secure wiring, led strips, etc to your enclosure. Supports dual ties and has a slightly rounded edge for less wear. They're the same height as the included mount points to keep everything flush.

Originally designed to attach strips of neopixels to the inside of my enclosure.

Simple, small and quick to print (multiples too). Great use of those last bits of extra filament.

Print instructions:

Designed to be printed vertically. Takes ~9mins @ 0.2mm on my mk3s+. I left the infill at the slicer default and given the small dimensions it ended up looking like 100%.

Lightly tested with PLA and so far it's worked fine for my general use case. Look at PETG or other materials for those running higher internal temperatures. 

Mount instructions:

Get started quick utilizing the extras that came with your Prusa purchase. 

Uses standard M3x4 (recommended) bolts and M3n nuts. I had a few left over from the build. 

Fits the small zip ties (165x2.5 diam 43) included with the printer kit.
