UPDATE 04032024:  I added a bracket for installing the Makerbase MKS TinyBee board on the Anet A8 and A8 Plus machines.  I test fitted it on the A8 Plus, but won't be installing it on either of my Anet's.  That board is currently ear marked for my Tronxy XY-2 Pro…

I just needed a quick design to upgrade my Anet A8 and A8 Plus machines with boards intended to be “drop in replacements” for Creality Ender 3 machines.

I stuck with the wide open look of the Anet A8 and designed this is a simple mounting plate that attaches as the Anet v1.5 and v1.7 boards do, and with standoffs for the boards intended for the Ender series machines.  I'm currently using a Makerbase MKS Robin E3 V1.1 32 bit board with silent stepper drivers.

I may revisit this to make it more enclosed, but this was quick and dirty, and allows me to use the printer right away.

M3 hardware could be used for attaching boards to this part, but I prefer to use these push pin fasteners I've been using on my other machines for various mounting purposes.  The pushpin model is named “3mm_Board_Fastener.stl” and you'll need 5 of them to attach most Ender 3 type boards.  If you use them, print one first and test fit it to the board mount.  If you have to scale it up or down for use, be sure to apply that scale and reprint 5 of it.
