Sponge and cloth holder

Description:

Holder for cloth and sponge to keep them dry.

Printing:

No supports are needed. Any type of material should be strong enough. I've used standard PLA. Model is designed with maximum layer heights in mind: for 0.6 nozzle you can safely use 0.4mm layer height and for 0.4 nozzle 0.25 should be also safe, but it's up to you - you know your printer.

• Bottom - use your preferred settings, no supports needed
• Stand - print it on side, use more perimeters for better strength
• Grille - clean - I recommend to use this one with zero top and bottom layers and honeycomb infill. That way you can adjust the infill to your liking.
• Grille - I've added also standard hexagonal grid model, just in case

Assembly:

Stand should fit into bottom with minimal force. Use sand paper or glue if it's too tight or too loose. Grille is just sitting on the bottom part and can be easily removed at any time.

Notes:

• Stand is 200mm x 200mm so it cannot be printed on Prusa Mini without cutting.
• Attached 3mf file uses my profile with 0.6 nozzle. If you use it, please make sure you update your settings.
