Print instructions

For use with this water cooling block on Amazon:

3D Printer All Metal Water-Cooled Hotend Bowden-fed Liquid Cooling Hot End, for Titan Aqua Water Cooling, for High Temperature 3D Printing peek PA

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07LB2JBFY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Bolt the adapter to the water block first using short 3mm screws.

Then bolt the adapter to the printer with 3mm nuts behind the adapter as spacers.

Recommend using the heatbreak that comes with the waterblock as it will keep the PTFE tubing further away from the heat but using the original heater block that comes with the CR-10 to avoid having to mess with moving heat cartridge and thermistor. You may want to use some high temperature thermal paste on the new heat break.

You will need to have the fan outside instead of inside for now I am just duck taping the fan but will drill through the front of the metal part to screw the fan in front in the future. You could also just remove the fan all together since you are now water cooling.

Can use small pump such as this as long as it is above printer so there is enough potential energy to get the water back up:

AQUANEAT 2PCS 50-80 GPH Aquarium Water Pump, Adjustable, Submersible Pump, Small Fountain Pump, Power Head, for Statuary, Fish Tank, Hydroponics

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DKZYQ4S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

To accomplish this bolted a small 8x12 inch board to the top of the printer with bolts and t-nuts and placed a small Tupperware on top for the water and pump to go into.

You will also need to make an adapter for the pump to the PTFE pneumatic fitting. I did this with an inch of aluminum rod drilled and tapped for 6mm thread on one side and drilled with a step drill on the other to make it easy for water to enter.

To keep algae from growing add a few drops of algaecide and dawn dish soap.
