Spool with Rotational Center that can be Locked in Place

Entire model designed with parameters so it can be adjusted to different dimensions freely.

Print all parts with the largest flat side down.
The rotational shaft should not have any supports or the locking pin holes might not work.
1-8 locking pins can be printed depending on how many you want to use.
The widest section is 200mm and the tallest is 90mm.

When assembling, put the rotational shaft on the static center shaft and attach the cap end.
The pins insert into the 8 small holes near the center of the halves (4 each) when lined up with the holes on the rotational shaft. These prevent the rotation of that shaft for storage.
