Don't Build This Telescope

Okay seriously. This was more of a shower thought than an actual design. 

I wanted to do something cool for my 5th Model that includes both of my passions. Astronomy, and pulleys. 

Well, here it is. The worst telescope to build, but theoretically possible. Tensegrity Telescope.

I even went through the pointless hassle of modeling the tension ropes. Just for you.

Anyway. I don't think I would ever build it, but I am using parts from my already uploaded Mini Telescope.  In addition 12, of my Modular Fully 3D printed Pulley's are included with a special modification for mounting.

There is no way to mount this, and the light pollution would be terrible. Overall, not good, but can be compact I guess. Maybe in the future a more serious effort could go to a travel scope/mount based on this design.
