  ( 10.00 mm is no standard metric! I created a special mount for a webcam i will add to prusaprinters soonish)

The mount was created for the "Amazon Basics Monitor Mount / Support Arm". Hopefully it fits for you, too.

Fun Story: Yes I messed up the diameter for the mount and had to create the adapter to have it fitting. Anyway I like the solution.
