Spray Bottle Hanger

Update: Fixed an issue with the Fusion 360 file. It should now work better for any size needed, the previous file had strange artifacts if the sizes got too large which I've taken care of.

We were running out of space on our laundry shelf so I made these hangers to save some space. 

You can customize how wide the hanger portion is using the “GapWidth” parameter. The rest of the parameters fit most spray bottles but you might like to tweak them, I notice they are a bit too small for Clorox bottles, they do hang as is, but the nozzle doesn't fit through (becuase of the wide shape it would have made the hanger wider than I wanted but, again, you can change it as you want).

Printing Orientation:

• The hook part should be printed on its side.
• The bottom “loop” part should be printed face up so that the peg faces up. No parts need supports in this orientation and part strength is also maximized printing them like this.

Assembly:

• Just fit the pieces together, I used a peg diameter of 5mm which worked well. Honestly it doesn't really matter, the peg is only for seating the two pieces together.
• The two pieces must be glued together with supe/krazy glue.
