I made this so I can mount my Dewalt DCB115 20V battery charger on my pegboard.
Fits pegboard spacing 1", with 0.25" holes.
The ‘front’ side has pegs to accommodate a mount with 4 1/2" spacing, 5/8" at the wide top and 3/8" diameter for the ‘skinny’ support part. I originally printed this and noticed the front pegs were a tad short so I made them 1/16" longer (haven't printed this one so if it is still too short let me know - I just hammered the original one in lol), so overall length should be 5/16". Thickness of the main plate is ¼".
The front pegs are offset down a bit so that if I used the bottom piece with the pegs, things would line up, as the spacing on my charger is 3.5" top to bottom.
I would recommend printing this with localized 100% infill around the pegs for strength.
There are a few files, the first is for the ‘top’ piece, then there is a ‘bottom’ spacer bracket so that everything is out the same distance from the pegboard. I also had another idea for the bottom spacer bracket to have pegs to go into the charger for extra support but figured that was unnecessary.
If you would like different spacing on the front or back pegs, or some sort of other small modification, let me know and I will see what I can do.
