UPDATE 06/07/19: Added a variation with a flat edge to seal the doors. Can also be used for side panels but fit is more dependent on panel/LACK alignment.

I wanted to seal the magnetic panels I made for the LACK enclosure (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3668966) in order to more effectively control airflow when using the air scrubber also made for the same enclosure (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3648628).

I looked around for something to buy off the shelf and didn't find anything that worked well or fit the 3mm gap. To make things a little more complicated the enclosure isn't perfectly true so the gap is slightly different between each panel.

So off to fusion 360 and a bunch of test prints later I had a working seal. This is V7 of the design and prints and seals great with FlexFill 98A. I tried using Ninjaflex, Flexfill, and PETG as well as combinations of all those and just printing it out of Flexfill ended up being both the easiest and most effective. The pieces printed best oriented with the two feet down and needed no supports or brimming on a textured build plate. Best results for me with Flexfill with retract set to 0.

The strips print a little long so they can be cut to length and either glued or melted together. I used a soldering iron and that worked great. Then just slip the seal onto the panel and you are good to go! A dab of superglue locks it in place if it needs it.

I included 3 different lengths to accommodate different gap widths. Also include a test piece that is shorted and has all 3 different lengths so you can check which might work best for you.
