Printed a handful of these in both sizes. Great design and fit! Thanks for sharing your work!

Actually mingda D2
printed in RepRap black pla
nozzle 210 bed 60
speed 170%
using ender 3 Gcode (long story this printer is weird)
did not fit the bin i had would need to scale it down. might fit others well. great model

Too small for my Akro Bin (model #30230)
This is with the regular `akrobin-end-cover-blank.stl`

My bins are just a touch wide but they are made by Arko. These end covers still work great as they're good and stiff.

Scaled for the 5.5inch wide bins and did a test run, did not like the width it was too tall for the movement on the plate and the print had issues towards the top 25%. Printed it again with some supports and it came out good but one support at the bottom messed up the edge that slides into the label section and it can be a bit wider. Doing one more test print with some changes.

I spaced the covers differently and ran it again with great success. I am not a modeler but now I move on to scaling this a bit larger for the larger bins I use. Hopefully just using the scale feature in the Bambu app will suffice. I purchased the bins on Amazon but they are identical to the smaller Dillon bins except a deep blue color. I believe they are the size that are sold for the 1050 commercial press. Done in Polymaker PLA+. I have ordered some of the Oveture Digital Blue in PLA Pro since I don't thnk PETG is really necessary for this application and who knows, I may decide to Print a Dillon Blue G19! LOL (edited)
