Fully Printable V2 Balisong Butterfly Knife - improved blade mount for better movement

The original model looks great, but I found it to not move as freely as I would like, although this could be due to my printer settings. Even replacing the printed parts with screws doesn't eliminate it entirely as I could not tighten the screw without bending the plastic which case more friction.

I experimented a bit and increased the blade mound holes diameter to insert the sleeves. Sleeves are slightly taller than the blade and prevent handles touching the blade even when the screw is tightened. That allow knife to move freely without any fiction from the handles.

The sleeve should be only slightly taller than the blade to prevent clutching, and fit the new blade hole diameter closely but should keep moving easily when turning by hand. As the result may vary per printer, you may have to play with scaling of the sleeves.

I made all the changes in the slicer, hence only have that one file.
