I CNC'd my own MFT template and used a 3d printed bushing with a 6mm router bit to make my own MFT table.

Description
PDFThis setup is for a 6mm router bit. I have made the bushing slightly undersized (16.6mm instead of 17mm) so you can add aluminum tape around the bushing wall to incrementally enlarge the hole until you get the perfect fit for your MFT bench dogs (see Bushing-aluminium-tape.jpg if you do not understand this).
